She will be deeply missed by her beloved children, family, and friends.
A visitation for Arlene will take place on Thursday, May 23, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Kingwood Funeral Home, 22800 Highway 59 North, Kingwood, Texas 77339. A funeral service will follow beginning at 11:00 a.m. also at Kingwood Funeral Home.
Arlene will then be laid to rest with her husband, Colonel Hall, in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas at a later date.
