

Audrie Lee Gue, 82, of Kingwood, Texas, passed away in her home on Thursday, July 16, 2026. Audrie was born on January 22, 1944, in Midland, Texas, to Jackson Bernice and Olive Lee Dorman. The ninth of ten children, she carried forward a deep sense of family and connection throughout her life.
Audrie was preceded in death by her daughter, Lauren; her parents; her brother J.W Dorman (Earlene); her sister Virginia Forest (Bill); her brother Walter Dorman (Mavis); her brother Raymond Dorman (Dorothy); her sister Alice Blanco (Bill); her brother Jimmy Dorman (Betty); and her brother Ernest Dorman (Rosina). She is survived by her brother Richard and wife Gloria of Kingwood, Texas, and her brother Bobbie and wife Sandra of Calhan, Colorado.
A loving mother and a cherished friend, Audrie will be missed by all who knew her. Her life reflected a remarkable breadth of talent and discipline, expressed through pursuits that demanded both poise and determination. She explored acting for a time before building a successful career in modeling and commercials. Later, she followed her interest in architecture, becoming a successful realtor and designer of luxury homes—work that drew upon her eye for form, detail, and beauty.
Audrie also distinguished herself as an international ballroom dancer, traveling extensively to perform. In addition, she and her husband pioneered computer systems for patient information in hospitals, contributing to advances that supported the care of others. Through every chapter of her life, Audrie brought dedication to her work and warmth to her relationships, leaving a legacy of creativity, ambition, and love.
A Memorial Service will be held at Second Baptist Church, located at 22770 Highway 59 North in Kingwood, Texas 77339, on July 24, 2026, at 11:00 am.Audrie Lee Gue passed on July 16, 2026, at the age of 82.
