She was born in San Diego, CA. on May 11, 1944. She married Byron T. LeBlanc on May 5, 1963, in San Diego, CA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard John and Luetta Bird Weber.
She is survived by Byron and her 4 children, Candace Samples and husband Scott Livingston, Kimberly Richard, Gregory LeBlanc and wife Janelle, Robert LeBlanc and wife Joy; grandchildren, Raymond Richard and wife Kristy, Jonathan Richard and wife January, Tara Demarest, Alexis Ruby and husband Brett, Heather Richard, Steven Livingston, Paige Demarest, Shawn Samples, Tyler LeBlanc, Crystal LeBlanc, Paige Juedevine, Sierra Samples, Matthew Juedevine, Taylor Maillet, Zachary Maillet and Madelynn LeBlanc; great-grandchildren Riley and Gavin Richard.
