Chuck was preceded in death by his father, Charles W. Schambaugh. He is survived by his mother, Pat and her husband Gary Suydam; brother, Ryan A. Schambaugh; paternal grandparents, Allen and Verby Schambaugh; maternal grandparents, Anthony and Anne Geldens.
A memorial service for Mr. Schambaugh will take place on Monday, July 9, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Kingwood Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions may be made in memory of Charles A. "Chuck" Schambaugh to the following drug rehabilitation facility: Ranch on the Rock, P.O. Box 43, Sierra Blanca, Texas 79851.
