

Crystale Strange, 56, of Kingwood, Texas passed away after a courageous and amazing 13 1/2 year battle with Breast Cancer, Brain Cancer, and finally Pancreatic Cancer. She passed away and ascended into heaven at 5:00 p.m. on February 20th, 2022.
The most wonderful Warrior in the world, Crissy, was born in Harris County, Texas on September 10th, 1965. Crissy graduated from Nimitz High School and began a long and amazing career in the insurance industry with State Farm Insurance. Most of her dearest and nearest friendships began here.
After her career with State Farm she began a new career with Enterprise Rent- A- Car Corporate in Houston for the last 6 years, finding a new family of friends.
Crissy was married to Dave Linzy in 1985 and had her first -born son, Brandon Linzy.
Crissy married her High School sweetheart, Bill Strange, in 1997 and had a second wonderful son, Zack Strange.
Crissy devoted each waking moment to her two sons. She loved them wholly and completely. In her last moments she clearly communicated her love for them and asked that we watch over them.
Crissy is our Wonder Woman, our Warrior for the Pink and the Purple fight against Cancer. The last 13 ½ years she devoted her resources, her time, her heart, and her advocacy for awareness of these Cancers and in raising funds to fight them. She defied the odds and fought Pancreatic Cancer stage 4 for 12 months and 18 sessions of Chemo. Her legacy lives in her Warrior spirit.
Crissy is survived by her husband Bill Strange, her sons Brandon Linzy and Zack Strange, her mother, Charlene Hutchins, Her brother and sister- in -law Greg and Cheryl Hutchins, Her sister and brother- in -law Melody and Mike Knighten, and her sister and brother- in- law Yvette and Jon Burke. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Stone Burke, Royce Burke, Phoebe Hutchins, Jacob Hutchins, Ireland Hamill, Callie Gulledge, Lauren Michael, and her many beloved cousins.
Everyone who remembers Crissy is asked to raise a glass in her honor and celebrate her life and her Warrior Spirit in the fight against Cancer. Crissy loved flowers, plants, and trees.
