Gilberto Sanchez born on December 13, 1931 went to be with the Lord on February 3, 2021. He is preceded in death by his wife Rafaela Sanchez, parents Leandro and Juana Sanchez, brother Hector and Sisters Delfina, Alicia & Ana Maria.
Gilberto’s passion was his family and cooking. He enjoyed cooking so much he began his own catering business , “Catering by Gilbert”, right after retirement. He was a humble, quiet, & exceptional man that was loved by all and will be dearly missed by many!
He leaves to cherish his memory: His children, Veronica Gutierrez (Moses), D. Gilberto Sanchez Jr. (Maria), Carmen Arzapala (Manuel), Sylvia Sanchez, Myrna Espitia (Jose), Luis Martinez, Alma Sosa (Albert), Dario Sanchez (Alba). Grandchildren: Barbara (Fernando), Michael, Joshua, Cristian, Angela (Jonathan), Dario III, Esmeralda, Jorge, Briana, Miranda, Vanessa, Sarah, Evangeline, Elizabeth,Cassie, Mireya Great Grandchildren: Genevieve, Vivian, Sophia, Mikey, Hailey, Andrew, Jonathan, Arrianna, Alexis, Braeden, Breann, Aiden, Celesete, Jordan. Numerous nieces, nephews, family & friends.
