She was born in Houston, Texas on August 4, 1942. She loved shopping, gardening, and spending time with her beloved dogs: Tiger, Dusty, and Scarlett. She had exquisite taste and loved beautiful things. People admired her for her beauty and intellect.
She was survived by her Son: Bill Parish, and his wife Yoli; Daughter: Gina West; and Grandson: Garrett West.
A memorial service for Dian will be held Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Kingwood Funeral Home, 22800 Highway 59 North, Kingwood, TX 77339.
