Don was one of my residents as well as one of my best friends when I managed the Arbors of Taylor. I’ve had so many good memories of Don but what stands out to me was his cheerful and positive outlook on life. I could be in my office having the worst day and in walked Don and within five minutes I would be laughing and have a smile on my face the rest of the day. I’ll never forget those days and can’t thank him enough for that. He was a wonderful Dad and friend and I regret losing touch with him over the years. Don, rob and I love you and you will never be forgotten!

Shared many memories since 1985. Anything from concerts, clubs, beach, festivals, etc. Or just hanging out at whoever's place. As time passed that tappered down to lengthy, humorous conversations. Lots of bantering.
Don was lucky to have a caring, funny, loyal, sometimes grouchy (lol) family. Always love no matter what.
He was blessed with his son, Nick. Handsome, intelligent, quick witted and in service (Navy) to our country. Though Don didn't always have the most tactful way of showing it, he was very proud of and loved Nick very much. We all know this.
Don was lucky enough to find his best friend and love of his life, Amber. It was evident in the way he spoke of and looked at her. She gave him much love and happiness. So glad they found each other.
Don loved his real friends and I believe it's safe to say, we all loved him. I know I did and still do.
Love to all of you,
Angel
