Frances was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Billy Joe Fairchild. She is survived by her children, Teresa Fairchild, Randy Fairchild and Evan Fairchild; grandchildren, Chris Fairchild, Kellee Hoschar and Jamie Lee Fairchild; great-grandson, Cameron Hoschar; brother, Milton Kelly.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 30, 2011 at Kingwood Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Hill Cemetery in Livingston, TX.
