Jim loved to read and had quite the collection of books in his library. He loved to tell stories of his life and loved to talk politics. He often would tell stories of the war and he was very proud of his Naval buddies. After serving in the U.S. Navy, Jim finished his degree in Business from Oklahoma A&M known today as Oklahoma State University home of the Cowboys and was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity. Jim worked for 40 years at John Crane in Houston.
Jim is survived by his wife, Angela Racca Turner, his eight children, Sharon Arellano(Henry), Sandra Medlock(Barry), Bill Turner(Jana), Hank Turner, Liz Waterman, Paul Guillotte(Lori), Shelli Dutta(Suresh), and Paula Welch(Travis). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Jim is with our Lord and Savior do not weep for he is with God, pray for those left behind.
