Jeff Burkholder

Jeff was born on October 4, 1960 to parents Thomas and Dorothy Burkholder in Chillicothe, Ohio. After graduating from Northwestern High School in 1979, he went on to attend Otterbein College .

After college, Jeff worked in many fields before settling with SSI as an inside salesman. In 1991 he met Selena Lloyd and they wed in 1996, going on to have one child, Ryan Burkholder.

Jeff was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. Jeff’s family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. Jeff was unendingly proud of Ryan and Selena and always worked hard to support them.

Jeff was passionate about humor and creating new things and could often be found building and cracking jokes while at home. Jeff also loved spending time with his family by inviting them to dinner, traveling, camping, and surprising them with fun activities. He was always up for a game of Texas hold 'em.

Anyone who knew Jeff knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. Jeff was predeceased in death by parents Thomas and Dorothy Burkholder. He is survived by wife Selena, son Ryan, sister Linda Ackerman, brother Mike Burkholder and wife Tammy, inlaws Joe and Jeanie Nozemack, Kenneth and Diane Lloyd, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed by all.

The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to Kingwood Funeral Home. There will be a funeral service on July 13th, 2023 with a viewing from 1:00pm-3:00pm and a service from 3:00pm-4:00pm at Kingwood Funeral Home 22800 Highway 59 N, Kingwood, TX 77339.
