He was preceded in death by his mother, Janet Bullard and brother, Merrill Bullard.
Scott was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where he became a Respiratory Therapist and U.S. Citizen. He recently retired from Houston Methodist Hospital where he worked for many years.
Scott was many things: artist, songwriter, musician, storyteller, walking music encyclopedia and Beatles fanatic.
He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Johnston, sisters, Lee Golden(John), Michelle Raja(Ron), Mary Nicholas(Dale) and Angela White. His cherished nephews and nieces, Ethan, Annalise, Kate, Denver, Timothy, Willow, Teejay and Whitfield. He leaves behind many dear friends, Sachin, Robert, George and Jaime. He also leaves behind his beloved puppy, Boris.
