She is survived by her husband Charles Earl Knapp. She is also survived by her children Mary Nolan and husband Joel; Michael Knapp and wife Dee; Lori Reed and husband Eddy; Tara Doyle and husband David. Her grandchildren are Brandon, Josh, and Travis Knapp; Kyras, Jessa, and Craig Reed; Brady, Savanna, and Emma Doyle. Sisters are Bea McBroom, Lou Irby, Jo Ruffer, Fran Baird, and Mary Neel. Brother is Huey Higgins.
Jessi ‘s great love was her family, especially her grandchildren. She was known for her laughter and her generosity toward those who were going through difficult times.
