

She is preceded in death by her father and mother, Peter and Frances Gudaitis; brother Frances (“Flash”) Gudaitis; and sister-in-law, Juanita Gudaitis.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Nicholas Kresovich, Jr.; son Nicholas N. Kresovich, his wife, Samantha, and grandchildren Kaelynn and Nicholas; son Jon David Kresovich; daughter Lisa Lacy and her husband John; brother, Peter (“Sonny”) Gudaitis, sister-in-law, Phyllis Gudaitis; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, George and Ann Kresovich; and numerous nieces and nephews.
When she initially married, Josephine worked at the Pentagon, serving as the Administrative Assistant to the Naval Aide to the Secretary of the Navy.
She later left the workforce to focus on raising her family. Years later, she pursued and obtained an Associate Degree, of which she was most proud.
She returned to work as an Office Manager for dental office until her retirement.
Josephine was the consummate mother, always putting her family’s needs above her own. She will always be remembered for her kind heart and love of her family and her two Yorkies, Sugar and Spice. Her strength, courage, and resilience in dealing with multiple health issues over the years were truly remarkable.
Her family and friends will greatly miss her.
