Kimberly Anne Shane

Kimberly Anne Shane , 57, of Porter, Texas passed away on September 4, 2024. She was born on April 12, 1967 in New Haven, CT. She was preceded in death by parents Thomas and Linda Shane . She is survived by brothers Mark Shane of San Diego, CA, and Michael Shane of Porter, TX and sister Sara Graham of Kingwood, TX. She was a devoted aunt to her four nephews also survived by Lee Estrada, Brenden McBeth, Ian Graham and Gavin Graham.

Kimberly graduated from Newton Senior High School in Newton, KS in 1985. She was an avid swimmer in high school. She later graduated from Wichita State University. Kimberly spent her life working in restaurants waiting tables primarily at Olive Garden in Wichita, KS and Olive Garden in Humble, TX. She followed her parents down to the Houston area in 2007. Kim was a very reserved and kind person who had a heart for service. She was a member of the Kingwood Christian Church in Kingwood, TX.

Kimberly was suffering from metastatic cancer and after over four years finally lost her battle. She was extremely brave through her battle with cancer.

Funeral arrangements are made through Kingwood Funeral Home where online condolences may be left at www.dignitymemorial.com. A funeral service will be held at Kingwood Christian Church in Kingwood, TX, a suburb of Houston, TX on Wednesday September 18, 2024 at 10:00am. Interment will follow at Rosewood Cemetery, 2602 S. Houston Ave., Humble, TX.
