Lisa was a loving wife, mother and entrepreneur. She loved action movies, The Houston Astros, The Dallas Cowboys, music and most of all her family and friends. She was a proud Ken-Texan, and has the t-shirts to prove it. She was also an avid reader. She battled chronic pain for a long period of her life, but thankfully she is now free from suffering. She was a beautiful and complicated person, and she will be intensely missed.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Brown, son, Bryce Brown; stepson, Joshua Brown; 2 daughters-in-law, Haley Brown and Tiffany Brown; granddaughter, Caylee Brown; mother, Josephine Vaughn; 2 sisters, Judy Roy and Vicki Wilson; 2 brothers-in-law, Louis Roy and Scott Wilson, many nieces and nephews, many other relatives and many, many more friends.
She was preceded in death by her father Leon Turner.
Her ashes will be spread at the site of our family farm in Adair County, Kentucky.
