Doris was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, David Casler and Sid Casler; sister, Joyce Thompson. She is survived by her son, Larry Mathews and wife Cathy; grandchildren, Adam Blake Mathews and wife Guianna Vanessa, Brandt Jason Mathews, Paul Lance Mathews and wife Bonita LeAnn, Shannon Dewayne Lott, Ryan Phinny and wife Katerina, Caitlin Phinny; great-grandchildren, Addis Blake Mathews, Alanis Brielle Mathews, Jimmy Cox, Anthony Bryce Stephens, Timmy Drake Mathews, Michael-Kyan Anthony Mathews, Larissa Phinny and Sadie Phinny and many loving family members and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2013 at Kingwood Funeral Home, 22800 Highway 59 North, Kingwood, TX 77339. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2013 in the Chapel of Kingwood Funeral Home.
