Michael Paul Stanley was born January 27, 1980 in Freehold, New Jersey to Paul and Eileen Stanley. He passed away August 18, 2020 following a brief battle with cancer. Michael graduated from Plano Senior High School, and went on to earn his Bachelor's of Business Administration and Finance from Texas Tech University in 2004. On May 14th, 2011, he married Meagan June Byrd, and they were blessed with one son, Mason Ford Stanley.

Growing up, Michael was a member of Custer Road United Methodist Church in Plano, TX where he was active in the youth group and Revelation choir. He was a member of Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts of America, and he has passed his love of scouting onto his son. Michael was employed by Insperity in recruiting and software implementation. Such a great person to go to who always had time to help. I'm so glad I got the opportunity to have met and worked with Michael for a couple of years. He is definitely missed and I often find myself wanting to reach out for questions. My heart is with everyone who cared for him especially his family ❤

Michael was one of my first church friends from our elementary years. We traveled together on numerous choir tours, church trips and had Sunday school together. We ran into each other at college our freshman year and decided to drive to New Mexico that evening to snowboard that am. I was horrible at it. He was so positive and encouraging. It was a fun 24 hours. Driving home we had a in depth conversation about family and the importance of it. I still remember it to this day. Michael touched so many of us throughout our childhood and early adult years.

There are many memories of Mike and his contributions to his family and his teams, but the one that stands out to me, was the time he achieved the Title of World’s Greatest Sourcer. The tenacity and perseverance he showed to accomplish that goal was truly impressive and showed what he was made of. RIP Mike

I have such fond memories of Michael. He was one who offered so much to so many. He was a great recruiter, an expert sourcer, and most of all an awesome friend. I loved that I could come to Michael with all of our crazy wild FUN Team ideas at work and he was always down to participate. From our International Day of Peace and twinning in those afros, to putting on an epic costume show for the kiddos during Halloween every year. He also was a great cook and made some delicious dishes for our many food fiestas and pot lucks.
I'll miss having Michael to talk to about food, home improvement projects, and all of the fun adventurous places he explored with Mason. I'll also miss his smile and laugh when I would encounter that M&M Machine he strategically placed on his desk. It tempted so many and got me every time.
Michael meant so much to so many and he will be truly missed.
Rest in peace dear friend.

When Michael joined my team I knew he was special. In the short time that he was on our Implementation team, he showed Tenacity from the start. He was a hard working individual and put his team before anything. I could not have asked for a more dedicated employee and Individual to bless us. He was a leader and showed it every single day. His smile and attitude would brighten a room. Our hearts are Deeply shattered But we are okay knowing that You are with your Lord. Rest well Michael, Rest well.
Our deepest condolences and prayers to you Meagan, Mason and family. God Bless.

I didn't personally know Michael, but his mother is a gem. To say he was a great human being only shows that the apple does not fall far from the tree. My sincere sympathy to the entire family and all the friends of Michael at this time of loss and great sorrow.

Michael~Who Is Like God
His kind, fun-loving, happy, compassionate, and quiet spirit grew over the years into a considerate, generous and thoughtful son, brother, husband and father.
Someone once said:
When the sun goes below the horizon it is not set; the heavens glow for a full hour after its departure. And when great and good people set, the sky of the world is luminous long after they are out of sight. Such people cannot die out of this world. When they go they leave behind them much of themselves.
His spirit will live on in Mason and forever be on the heart of those that loved him.
