Nancy Faye Priddy

Nancy Faye Priddy, beloved and hard-working, passed away on September 29, 2025, at the age of 88. Born on December 21, 1936, in Illinois, Nancy was a cherished member of the community and leaves behind a legacy of dedication and love.

Nancy's life was enriched by relationships and community involvement. She was first married to Sidney R. Black and later married Gerald Priddy, who also predeceased her. Her commitment to her family was unwavering, enriched by their shared history and memories.

For many years, Nancy contributed to the airline industry with her diligent work at Continental/Texas International Airlines, exemplifying her hard-working spirit and fortifying her bonds within the community.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, John W. and Jane Marie Waters, and siblings John Williams Waters Jr., James Ira Waters, and Lily Jane Burris. Her surviving family includes Sidney Ray Black Jr. and his wife Alana, together with their child, Garrett James Black.

Nancy's vibrant spirit and the love of those who knew her deeply attest to a life lived with grace and commitment. She will be dearly remembered by all who were fortunate to have known her.
