

Born on August 24, 1936, in Steubenville, Ohio, Natala was raised in El Reno, Oklahoma. It was there she met the love of her life, Kenneth Ray Barton. They shared a beautiful 67-year journey together, walking hand in hand through life’s joys and challenges.
A woman of deep and abiding faith, Natala was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church in Midwest City, Oklahoma, where she cherished her Sunday School class, “The Transformers.” After Ray’s passing in August 2023, Natala moved to Kingwood, Texas to be closer to her daughter Diana and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Bess Clarke, and her beloved husband, Kenneth Ray Barton.
She is survived by her sisters, Macsene Adams and Cindy (Michael) Roberts; her son, David (Karen) Barton of Dallas; her daughter, Diana (Mike) Aston of Kingwood; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of loving family, friends and caregivers.
A celebration of Natala’s life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 26, 2026, at First Baptist Church in Midwest City, Oklahoma
