Norma Catherine Carter, 74, passed away on December 21, 2010. Norma is preceded in death by her parents, Yvonne and Norman Ricketts and her brother, Ronnie Ricketts. She is survived by her husband, James Clyde Carter, daughters, Vicki and husband Danny Cook, Dodi and husband Jim Kelley and Jill and husband Robert Love, son, David and wife Carrie Carter, sister, Judy James, brother Jimmy Ricketts, 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2010 from 12pm until 3pm with the service to begin at 3pm at Kingwood Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be on Friday, December 24, 2010 at 9:30am at Houston National Cemetery.
