

Patsy Williams, 66, of Magnolia, passed away peacefully, at home on Friday, November 15, 2013. She was born on February 15, 1947 to Emmett and Edith Hobbs. In addition to her 20 years of service on the Magnolia City Council, Patsy was a community leader who was instrumental in the development of Magnolia. She was a devout Christian and long-time member Magnolia First Baptist Church. Most of all, Patsy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend.
Patsy is survived by her loving husband of 13 years, Jonny Williams; children, Todd Ogden, Deborah Bruce, Darlynn Cherry (Aron); grandchildren, Cory Ogden, Nicolas Ogden, Zachary Ogden, Nadia Ogden, Michael Bruce (Kadi), Natalie Easton (John), Timothy Bruce (Tabea), Andrew Bruce, Peter Robertson (Stacey), Becki Young (Keith), Christy Nau (John), Tyler Cherry, Amanda Stephens (Ryan), Chase Williams (Jessie); great-grandchildren, Alydia Bruce, Nicolas Easton, Ayalah Bruce, Jachin Bruce, Dean Robertson, Kaitlyn Young, Kameron Young, Ainsley Nau, Cora Nau, Maryn Stephens, Bentley Stephens, Hunter Williams, Zayden Williams; brothers, Bates Hobbs (Aledith), John Hobbs (Lavender); cousin, Richard Billingslea (Kay); numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at Magnolia First Baptist Church, 18525 F.M. 1488, Magnolia, TX 77354. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Magnolia First Baptist Church. Interment will be held in Magnolia Cemetery.
