Paul Steven (Steve) Latour, 67, of Kingwood Texas went home to the Lord on Sunday, November 17th with his loving children, Nicole and Paul, by his side. The Lord took Steve home after a struggle with complications from an aneurysm and peacefully went to Heaven to join his parents, Ruby and John. Steve was born and raised in Houston, Texas and graduated from North Shore Senior High. He attended college at University of Houston and San Jacinto College. He worked for Hughes Tool Company and then with Coastal Water Authority. Steve enjoyed traveling, especially to the Rocky Mountains in Colorado and the Ozarks in Arkansas. He enjoyed wood working, cooking, gambling and fishing, but most of all he enjoyed being with his family. Steve was a kind and caring man, and nothing was more important to him than his family. He is survived by his daughter Nicole Latour Pieper and son-in-law David Pieper, his son Paul Latour and his fiancé Shelly McCoy, his sister Janie Lindsey and her husband JW Lindsey, his brother John Latour and his fiancé Melody Richards, his brother Mark Latour and his wife Cynthia Latour, and his brother Kim Latour and his wife Anne Latour. Steve is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, Aunts and Uncles. Friend and family will be received for visitation from 5pm to 8pm Wednesday, November 20th at Kingwood Funeral Home, 22800 Highway 59 North, Kingwood, Texas. Funeral services will be held at Kingwood Funeral Home 10am Thursday, November 21st with a reception following the service. A grave side service will be held at 1pm Thursday, November 21st at Garden Park Cemetery, 801 Teas Road, Conroe, Texas.
