Peter Edward Winston Southwell, born August 8, 1940 in King's Lynn, England, died November 28, 2009 in Kingwood, TX. Peter is survived by his wife Janet of 43 years, 3 sons, and 4 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 A.M Friday, December 4, 2009 in the Chapel of Kingwood Funeral Home.
