Raymond Garcia III

Raymond was raised in Humble and spent most of his life as a young man growing up in the area. Raymond enlisted in the United States Air Force in 2004 and he proudly served our country abroad. He served two tours in the Iraq. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the American Military University. In 2008 he married the love of his life, Suzanne Moyes. They lived in several different places while in the air force. During that time Suzanne and Raymond enjoyed many happy memories living in Hawaii, where they were married. Raymond was a kind soul who loved to laugh, especially with his family. Family was a source of great joy for Raymond. Raymond lived life to the fullest and touched many lives along the way. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory are his Beloved wife, Suzanne Garcia; son, Robert Garcia; parents Edgar and Victoria E. Garcia; sisters, Veronica Garcia, Valerie Garcia; grandparents, Victor and Irene Ramirez; nephew, Kason Merkle; father-in-law and mother-in-law, David and Linda Moyes; sister-in-laws, Manasseh Moyes and Husband, Michael Gilbert, Melissa Herd; nephew Jimmie Herd; Aunt, Sonya Nafegar and husband, Ralph; and cousins Jacob and Sarah. Raymond is also survived by his “Partner in Crime” and faithful friend, Boss, his military service dog.

A Time of visitation and gathering will take place at Kingwood Funeral Home from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, September 18, 2014, 22800 Highway 59 North Kingwood, TX 77339.

Funeral Services will be held at 10 AM on Friday, September 19, 2014, at Kingwood Funeral Home with Interment immediately following at Houston National Cemetery.
