

Roma was born on September 26, 1927 in Bojowice, Poland, one of five siblings. With the outbreak of World War II in 1939, she lived in Poland, was deported to Siberia, then moved to Egypt, Jerusalem, England, and moved with her immediate family to Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1949. She received a teaching degree while she attended school in Jerusalem. She met Stanley Komosinski in England and married Stanley on December 27, 1949 in Buenos Aires. They had a son Richard while in Argentina. Roma, Stanley and Richard emigrated to the United States in 1958.
Roma lived in Elizabeth, NJ, retired from Thomas & Betts, and moved to Kingwood, Texas in May 2017.
She is survived in Kingwood, Texas by her son Richard Komosinski and his wife Robin Komosinski, her grand-daughter Carolyn Marie Peavey and her husband Christopher Peavey, and her pride and joy, two great-grandsons Jackson William Peavey and Benjamin Charles Peavey.
