Steve was a client of 35 years that became a good friend to me and Ellen.

Any time I had a computer issue, I would send it to Steve and he would fix me up.

He would call and talk economics and strategy with me and it was a pleasure hearing from him.

He loved Bev and his kids and his beach house. I'll sure miss him.

I received the news of Steve’s sudden death with much sadness and deep sympathy for Bev, Rob, Alyssa and all the grandchildren Steve loved so much. The Germann’s were our neighbors and close friends for many years. Rob was a toddler and Alyssa just three months old when we moved next door. Through the years, we celebrated holidays, birthdays, and the joys of watching our young children grow. We shared many happy times together, but some special remembrances are of trips to Lake Travis and Carl teaching Steve how to fish, seeing Steve’s excitement when he started his business and sharing in the happiness following the purchase of a Germann beach house in Galveston. Time passes, but fond memories linger forever. Rest In Peace, my friend. You will never be forgotten.

Mr. Germann was a customer of mine that I dealt with for years. I am a rep at Farmers ins. We spent several hours talking about how he loved to cook, and travel the world to try new foods. On the 16th of December he was telling how excited he was to spend Christmas with his Daughter. I am beyond honored to have know him! I wish I could have tried his lasagna. I will sure miss our annual phone call of him telling me that my insurance is way too high, knowing that he just wanted me to listen. May God be with your family!
