Thomas Norman Alfrejd, 74, passed away June 8, 2011. Thomas was born in Chicago, IL on July 16, 1936. Thomas graduated from DePaul High School and attended Northwestern University in Chicago. He worked in sales for plastics, paper and packaging. Thomas loved fishing, gambling, golfing and just having fun.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Alfrejd; parents, Norman and Rosalie Alfrejd and brother, Bill Alfrejd. He is survived by his children, John Alfrejd, Thomas Alfrejd, Susan Stein, Julia Wohlwend and Julie Tyer along with grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, June 11, 2011 at 9 am at the chapel of Kingwood Funeral Home.
