Passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 4, 2022 at the age of 85 years. Beloved husband of Helen (predeceased) and loving father of Cheryl Gibbons (Doug) and Dennis Zwaag (Robyn). Caring grandfather of Heather, Mike, Aaron, Victoria, William and Zachary. He will be missed by his brother and sisters; Pat (Floyd) Gerber, Greta (Glen) Zehr, predeceased by his brother Hans (Sharon) and sister Hillie. Uncle Albert will be forever missed by his many nieces and nephews. Albert worked for over 20 years at J.M. Schneider in the Fresh Sausage Department.
Albert’s family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900) on Monday, March 7, 2022 from 6 - 8 p.m. with a private family service on Tuesday, March 8, 2022.
