Passed away suddenly and peacefully on Friday, July 14, 2017 at the Freeport Site of the Grand River Hospital at age 83. Predeceased by parents Nikolaus and Franziska Osbelt and Arthur Kunz, her beloved husband. Remembered by siblings Nick (Else) Osbelt, Herman Osbelt and Richard (Ilona) Osbelt. Tante to Greg, Sigrid, Nicole, Julie and Tony. Great-aunt to 11 nieces and nephews. Barbara retired after 31 years' service at TD Bank in Toronto. Cremation has taken place. Friends are welcome to join Barbara's family at the Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S. on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. A Celebration of Barbara's Life will be held in the Westmount Chapel at 1:30 p.m. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Kitchener-Waterloo Humane Society would be appreciated to demonstrate Barbara's love for Heidi, her loving four-legged companion.
