With her family by her side, Betty passed away at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Sunday, May 14, 2017, at the age of 84 years. Beloved mother of Gary Branscombe (Rose), Carol Blakeney, Larry Branscombe (Shelley), Judy Branscombe (Luc), and Brian Branscombe (Shannon). Also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Dear sister of Alden Garland, Hazel Wright, and Eileen Steinford. Predeceased by her daughter Wanita Brace and by her parents Howard and Ella Garland. Betty’s family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900) on Friday, May 19, 2017 from 11:30 am – 1:15 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel at 1:30 pm, with Pastor Leo Van Pelt officiating. Interment at Williamsburg Cemetery.
