I can’t believe we lost Claude back in 2018…I decided to see if I could find Claude online to let him know we lost my son Aaron in 2022. Aaron played goal and loved Coach Claude, he saw only the good in everyone, especially the boys he mentored at Goulding Park. I know my Aaron thought the world of Claude…as did I. To his family, I’m sorry I didn’t know earlier but nonetheless, so many years after Goulding Park, he was an important part of Aaron’s childhood and I offer my sincere condolences to you all. I know he was there to comfort Aaron when we lost him.

While it is getting close to a year since Claude's passing, I just found out this sad news from one of his old co-workers at the Burlington court where I last saw him some years ago.  I used to work with him at X-Copper and can honestly say he was somebody I liked to see each day there.  While I was new he was always available to help me out with any questions I had about the work or just to kibbutz about life in general too.  So sorry for your loss.

I am so saddened to hear about Claude's passing, I have such warm memories of the years your children (now adults) were in Hebrew School. Claude was always ready to lend a helping hand and volunteer both, his time and expertise.

I knew Claude through the COPS program.  He was a funny and caring individual, supportive of my officer training.  My husband Andy was on the same basic officer qualification course as Claude.  Andy & I both became  Peel police officers, and although neither of us worked with Claude, his influence was a positive impact on our career choice. To Sherri, Jessica, Benjamin, and Sidney, and to the rest of Claude's family - I was lucky enough to work with Claude at the Law Society.  Every time I saw him, he would give me a big greeting and a huge smile.  He was ready to share a funny  anecdote about working as a paralegal or something interesting that had happened.  Whenever I spoke with him, I always got such a sense of optimism and happiness with his life, which he was generous to share with me.  I know how incredibly proud he was of his children and his family.  His lovely spirit will be much missed in this world.

I had the great pleasure to work with Claude during his time at the Law Society.  He was such a wonderful and friendly man.  We bonded over our love of Aruba.  He was so easy to chat with.  Soon as I saw him i couldn't help but smile.  I will miss him.

I worked with Claude for a number of years on Peel Police. He was a good cop and friend. My sincere condolences to his family and loved ones. 

Claude and I worked together for several years in Kitchener and surrounding Provincial Offences Courts.  We soon became friends. As a friend, Claude was perhaps the most sincere man I have known. At work, whether Claude was a defence advocate, prosecutor, or in his most recent role (dicipline paralegal) with the LSUC, Claude was always a true professional and gentleman. My deepest sympathy to Sherri, Jessica, Benjamin, Sidney and family.

I got to know Claude back in the early eighties at 12 Division. He was a pleasure to work with and he always had your back. He will be missed , my thoughts are with his family. R.I.P.  my friend.

Claude was one of the first people I met when I started at 12 Division in 1981 . I had the pleasure of working with him on calls when our shifts over lapped and also with the COPS program. Our sincerest condolences to Sherri and his children.  Claude will be missed.  

I worked along side with Claude at 11 Division and have many fond memories of our times together.  Claude was a good Officer and a good man.  My sincere condolences to Sherri, the children and family.  He will be missed.

I worked with Claude on 11E platoon back in the late 80's.  I will always remember him as a kind and gentle man.  We shared many laughs patrolling the lakeshare together.  So very sorry for your loss. I will always remember him as one of the good ones.
