Peacefully at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital on Tuesday March 11, 2014 in his 76th year. Dear companion of Catherine Crowley, David will be sadly missed by his friends Doris, and Tim Hoffman, his wife Phil and their family.
Arrangements under the direction of Westmount Funeral Chapel, 519-743-8900. Cremation has taken place and by request there will be no formal services. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Kitchener- Waterloo Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
