I was an employee in the Administration office at Sunbeam Centre and I had the pleasure of knowing Ena as we crossed paths over the years. She was a lovely lady and always pleasant.
My sympathies go out to your family. I know you will miss her.

To the Maddix Family:

For me, Miss Ena was a part of a group of strong, dedicated and courageous women (and men) who left the far reaches of the then British Empire beginning in the 1950's....in order to secure a better life for themselves and their families. And despite the challenges of a new land, it is safe to say that Miss Ena achieved her goals through HARD.......HARD work......."She neva beg nobody nuttin"
Rest in peace Miss Ena.
