Gaye Ellen Fraser

August 20, 1946October 24, 2019

We are extremely saddened to announce the sudden passing of our loving sister Gaye Ellen Fraser after a brief illness.

Gaye Ellen is survived by her sons Richard Braniff, and David Dahl, loving sisters, Terry (Gary) Pfaff, Cathrin Winhold (Hans Dijk) and their family, and dear friends Marlene Schmidt, Irma & Les Toth. Predeceased by her loving husband Edward Fraser (November 22, 2017) and sister in law Mary Louise Jacklin.

Sadly missed by sister-in-law Margaret Perreault, brother-in-law Robert Jacklin, nephews and loving cousins.

We shall all miss Ellen’s huge smile, her quick wit, her generous spirit and her love of almost everyone she met. Ellen was fortunate to have found the kind of loving partner she had in Ed, whom she was proud to have shared a birthday with. They both shared the same quirky sense of humour that carried them through the rough times. Ellen loved her friends at her church, very much enjoyed being a part of a special choir, loved to sing and could carry a tune beautifully. Ellen will be missed by her friends at Sertoma Club.

Memorial service will be held at the Calvary Memorial United Church, 91 Gruhn St., Kitchener on Monday, October 28, 2019 at 1:30 p.m.
