With the utmost sadness we announce that Honourable Henry Dilah Odwar has passed away at Waterloo Regional Health Network at Midtown, Kitchener, on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at the age of 68 years in front of his family and friends.

Henry Dilah Odwar was an amazing, brother, father and a friend from his childhood ages to the time of his departure to be with Our Lord. We have lost a great leader and exceptional human being.

Beloved husband of Lilian Vitale. Dear father of Bosco, Muyang, Jamu and Ihisa Iluya.

Children from Mama Natalina Mutari Mathew: late daughter Josephine Iluya, ⁠William Okot de Toby Iluya, late Magnus Muyang Iluya, ⁠Martin Lohure Iluya, ⁠and Epiphania Nadia Iluya.

Children from Mama Dominika Anek Francis: ⁠Sidonia Nadiket Iluya,⁠ ⁠Proto Ochan Iluya, late John Bosco Lohuju Iluya,⁠ ⁠Jefte Lonik Iluya,⁠ ⁠and Margaret Nakiere Iluya.

Children from Mama Natalina Cucu Lose: late Nicodemus Lotuli Iluya, late Sabina Ingasi Iluya, late Dominic Lohia Iluya, ⁠Geoffrey Loliwa Iluya, ⁠and Profery Lominga Iluya.

Child from Mama Sabina Irenge Buya: late Oreste Lolung Iluya.

Predeceased by his Mother, Father and Brother.

Henry’s family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900), on Friday, July 11, 2025, from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. Anthony Daniel Catholic Church, 29 Midland Dr., Kitchener, on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Williamsburg Cemetery.
