We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Janice Lynn Kennedy-Behan on Sunday, November 6th, after a brief illness. She just celebrated her 60th birthday one month ago, on October 6th. Janice did not want to leave; Her will was strong but her body betrayed her.
Janice leaves behind her husband, Terry Behan, sister, Julie Kennedy, much loved fur babies, Rudi, André, Autumn and Serenity, sister-in-law, Lisa (Phil) Krolick, niece and nephew, Emily and Alex Krolick. She was predeceased by her parents, Ronald and Sylvia Kennedy and by her father-in-law, Raymond Behan, mother-in-law, Carol Duetsch.
Janice will also be missed by family and friends, especially close friends and chosen sisters, Josipa Ferk and Areti Panagos-Orsini. The Fab Four shared so many life events, road trips and vacations over the past almost 30 years and she has left a gaping hole.
We would like to extend our thanks to everyone involved with Janice's care at Milton District Hospital. From the food service staff, custodians, technicians, therapists, nurses and doctors; We appreciate the excellent care she received throughout her stay and was always treated with kindness and dignity.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Alley Cat Cafe via e-transfer to [email protected] or to Ontario Weimaraner Rescue and Assistance via http://www.ontarioweimaranerrescue.com/
