It is with great sadness we announce the passing of a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

I am sending a dove to Heaven

with a parcel on its wings,

be careful when you open it.

It's full of beautiful things.

Inside are a million kisses,

wrapped in a million hugs

to say how much I miss you,

and to send you all my love.

I hold you close within my heart

and there you will remain,

to walk with me throughout my life

until we meet again.

She will be missed terribly.

“See you later alligator…after a while crocodile.”

With great sadness but also the comfort in knowing she is now at peace. Such a phenomenal woman! A gift to our planet. Such incredible boundless energy and spirit that to my knowledge remains unmatched. She cared for me as a child, but for some strange reason, loved my brother more and reminded me whenever we met :) . She woke us from sleep with a " cuppa tea? ". Attended to my children in the same endearing way.
What an absolute honour to have known her and see her in her final years. The end of an era, that I will cherish forever and never forget.

A true gem from Holland. “Margaret” played a huge role in my early years. For many years we shared a lunch time together when I was in elementary school. I was 5 years old when I had the great pleasure to meet her. I remember how much she loved to watch “I Love Lucy” reruns while she was doing some ironing. I can still here singing “Paper Roses”. Always in good spirits. An unabashed straight talker. Margaret opened my young eyes to a different language and culture. A great gift to me. She was an important person in the McMahon family for many reasons and many years. Sincere condolences to all the Van Ingen family members. Remembered with love.

Margaret was an important part of 2 generations of McMahons. She always had a big ‘Hello’ and a cheery, infectious smile. Our sons loved the Dutch chocolate Ms she gave them each Christmas. Carl will be happy to see her. 💕 RIP Margaret. 🙏

Our Omi, such a wonderful woman, always full of love and light. You took care of all of us in every way. Right to the end you were concerned for everyone’s well being. The words “I love you” were not spoken a lot, but were always behind the words you did say and everything you did. Thank you for all that you taught and showed me. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without you. And thank you Roberta for taking care of Omi all these years, you are her angel.
