Margery Anne Hartung

She is predeceased by her husband Ronald (2013) and by her parents Jack and Helen Kelly.

Beloved mother of Janet (Arnold) Hintermayer, Teresa (Chris) Martin and Gary (Ali Lo). Loving grandma of Sarah (Mike), Christopher (Nadia), Matthew (Jade), Kyle (Natalie), Keith (Aleecia), Marcus and Ashlyn and cherished great-grandma to Sophie, James, Hailey, Mason, Chase and Isabella.

She is also survived by her sister Teresa (Norm) Kane and many other loving family members who will miss her.

Margery graduated from Guelph General Hospital School of Nursing, where she met several life-long friends. She spent much of her career working as a Registered Nurse at Grand River Hospital. Margery's love of dancing led her to where she met Ron, her husband and dance partner for life. She loved family gatherings and whether it was a Christmas Party or summer picnic, you could count on her to help make it happen. She enjoyed many years on the Bruce peninsula until vascular dementia brought her back to Kitchener where she was able to enjoy more family time.

Heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful team on "Oak" at Lanark Heights for all the care and caring that brightened her every day.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Center (1001 Ottawa St S, Kitchener) on Monday August 18 from 12:00 -1:00 pm with a funeral liturgy at 1:00 pm. Cremation to follow with private family interment in Owen Sound.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Margery's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer's Society would be greatly appreciated.

With Margery's blessing, this will be a no suits, no ties required celebration.
