Maria Muncan

Devoted wife of the late Josa Muncan (2009) for over 50 years. Maria leaves behind her son Jon Muncan and her daughter Ana Kadarian (Bob). Beloved grandmother of Venessa (William), Adina (Valer), and Daniel (Bethany), and cherished great grandmother of Nathan, Lucas, Anna, Téa, Norah, Renée, Dietrich, Deborah, and Joshua. She was always loving, kind, and pleasant to be with. She was there for her family and always an encouragement. She loved sewing, taking care of her house, and cooking for her family. Her grandchildren say she made the best homemade french fries! She was baptized in 2010, and although she had various health issues, she remained strong and had strong faith in God. She will be greatly missed! She went to heaven to be with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. "We do not live to ourselves, and we do not die to ourselves. If we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord; so then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord's." (Romans 14:7-8)

Maria's family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900) on Thursday, September 28, 2023 from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m., where the funeral service will be held on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Woodland Cemetery.
