It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father who fought with so much determination right till the end. Michael was in his 58th year and is survived by his children Christine (Clinton) ; Jo-Ann, Richard (Crystal), Steven (Jen); grandchildren, Elijah, Jahmal, Kia, Isaiah, Breanna, Trenton, Ben, Trayton, Brock, Haiden, Peyton and Madison. Brothers and sisters, Monika, Helen, Janek and Stanley. Predeceased by parents Helga and Mike Idzik. A special thank you to Dr. Bouttell; nurse Jen of Grand River Hospital Cancer Centre and also Lisaard House. A very special thank-you to our mother and step-father, Phyllis and Bill Bester for all their help and support.
Visitation will at Westmount Funeral Chapel, Sunday, December 22nd from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm.
Funeral Service to be held at the funeral home on Monday, December 23rd at 11:00 am. Reception to follow.
