A devoted mother, she leaves behind her children: Ron, Heather, Donald (Helen), Michael (Rachelle), and Carolyn (Jack). Her legacy lives on through her 10 cherished grandchildren and their growing families. Pat is now reunited with her husband, Leonard, and her parents, Richard and Georgina.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life at Our Lady of Grace Church (8 College St., Ingleside) on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Alzheimer's Society in Pat's memory.
