At Freeport Health Centre surrounded by those who loved him the most on Sunday, July 28th, 2013, in his 74th year. Dearly loved husband of Donna, Rene leaves cherished memories with his children Linda (Tenny), Sandra, Alicia, Lorelei, Cheryl (Tom), Lenny (Stephanie) and John. Rene will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren; Justin and Nicole, Joshua and Emily, Riley and Joshua, and Greg and Caressa. Survived by his brother Rolly (Jackie) and sisters Paulette (Ken) and Annette, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Ada and Henry Huot. Rene was a kind hearted, gentle and generous man and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Heartfelt thanks to the staff of C.C.A.C. and Freeport Health Centre for their love and support.

Friends may visit the Westmount Funeral Chapel, 1001 Ottawa St. S., on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 11:00, cremation to follow. As expressions of sympathy donations to St. Mary’s Hospital Cardiac Care Unit would be appreciated.
