With his wife Merly by his side. Predeceased by his father Robert Lyell and survived by his wife Merly Salinas, his Mother Reta Martin, brothers Robert(Teresa), Dale and sister Selina. Steven will be missed by many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Steven, also known as "Uncle Butthead", will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews.
Steven was a hard worker from a very young age, with his final chosen career as a welder. Steve took much pride in his work. He fully enjoyed the outdoors with Rashie often camping, fishing and kayaking.
Steven was an active member within the Philippine Community with many good friends and pamangkin. The children of the Philippine Community called him Lolo Wally.
Thank you to the Doctors, Nurses and staff at St. Mary's Hospital in Kitchener for all the care and compassion shown.
