Although Amyas’s, time on earth was far too short, the love, joy, and light he brought into the lives of everyone who knew him will remain forever. His beautiful smile, sweet personality, precious presence touched the hearts of everyone around him
Amyas was deeply loved by his parents, Joseph Robinson and Tasha Ellison, his siblings Lily Hodges, Chloe Robinson, Jakota and Jayston Olden, and Aeriana Ellison, grandparents, Steuffon and Jackie Thomas, Gerald and Darlene Robinson, Nathan and Sheri Regan, and Lester Bell. A host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Every smile, giggle, cuddle, and precious moment will forever be treasured in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
We find comfort knowing that Amyas is not alone. We imagine him being lovingly welcomed into Heaven by family members and loved ones who went before him. There he is surrounded by familiar arms, gentle embraces, and the unconditional love of those who have been waiting to hold him.
We picture his great grandparents Janice and Bill Fox, Patsy Robinson, Willa Gilchrist, and Madalee Stewart, grandparents Todd Gilchrist and Tina Bell, aunt Alexandria Robinson, and big sister Jaden Olden watching over him, comforting him, and caring for our precious baby until the day we are all reunited. While our hearts ache because we cannot hold him here, it brings us peace to know that he is being held, protected, and loved in Heaven.
Though we cannot understand why Amyas was taken from us so soon, we are grateful for every moment we were blessed to share. Though he may have only been with us for 15 short months, his love left a lifetime of memories in our hearts.
Amyas will forever be our precious baby, our little angel, and a beautiful reminder that even the shortest lives can leave the deepest footprints on our hearts. You were here for a moment but will be loved for a lifetime!
The family would like to extend our deepest most heartfelt gratitude to everyone who cared for and loved Amyas throughout his precious little life. We will forever be grateful to the NICU staff at UTMC and Children’s Hospital NICU and PICU staff. Thank you to Ms. Chen, Ms. Kaylee, Ms. Leslie, Ms. Alicia, and Ms. Stephanie. A very special thank you to Ms. Pat, for the love, patience, compassion, and dedication, she gave to our precious baby and our family. Your care went beyond your professional responsibilities, and you will forever be a member of our family. To each person who played a part in Amyas’s journey, please know that your kindness, prayers, care, and love will never be forgotten. You became part of his story and a part of our family’s story and for that we will be forever grateful.
Rest peacefully sweet, MyMy. Until we meet again, may you be surrounded by the love of those in Heaven who are caring for you, while we hold you forever in our hearts.
Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever in our hearts!
