LANGE, ARDIS ELLEN HAMILTON VANNOY - age 73, of Knoxville, formerly of Huron, SD, passed away Tuesday May 3, 2011 at Mercy Residential Hospice. Member of First Baptist Church of Fountain City. Former employee of University of Tennessee Agriculture Campus. A Veteran of U.S. Army. Preceded in death by first husband, Charles Vannoy; parents, two brothers and two sisters. Survivors include husband, John Lange; daughter, Debra Vannoy; son, Jeff Vannoy; grandchildren, Lindsey Cooper and Brandon Vannoy; great grandchildren, Sawyer Mills, Conner Cooper; sisters, Gladys Johnston, Donna Mae Hall, and Joanne Hamilton all of SD; brother, Rollie Hamilton of FL; special friend, Ruth Abbott; several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the staff of Mercy Residential Hospice in Halls. The family will receive friends from 1 - 2 p.m. Thursday at the Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel. Graveside service at 2 p.m. Thursday at Lynnhurst Cemet ery with Chaplain Phil Groos and Sister Audrey Abbata officiating.
