Copley, Barbara Watson, age 79, of Halls, passed away Wednesday, November 10, 2010. She was a member of Halls Crossroads Presbyterian Church; and Past Worthy Matron of Starlight OES. Barbara Retired from Levis with 28 years of service. Preceded in death by parents, Calvin and Neva Watson; granddaughter, Angela Roberts; brothers, Buford, C. S., Hoover, and Newman Watson.
Survivors include daughter, R. Gwen (Larry) Buckner, Myra (Ronnie) Bales, Kim (Ernest) Hendricks; son, Lewis Copley, Jr.; grandchildren, Tessey (Fred) Bell, Tim (Gina) Drew, P. J. Clabough, and Abby Hendricks; 6 great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Betty and Thelma Watson; a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Joy of Music.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6 – 8 pm at Lynnhurst Chapel with the funeral service to follow at 8 pm with Rev. Billy Berry officiating.
