Barbara Lee Trent

Barbara Lee-Trent seen Jesus face to face on July 19, 2026. She loved giving her testimony about accepting Jesus into her heart at the young age of 9 years old. She was known for her sweet meek spirit, her love for Jesus, cooking, flower gardening, and being a strong prayer warrior.

She loved listening to gospel music, her son preaching and being around her family. To know her was to love her. Barbara took pride in how she presented herself to others. She will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by husband Vernon Lee, son Jeff Lee, grandsons Jamie Lee and Jeremiah DeHart, and late husband Jett Trent; parents Rev. Francis and Ellen Mae Collins; brother Francis Collins; and sister Betty Hammock.

She is survived by her son, Preacher Roger Lee (wife Shelly); daughter Sharon DeHart (husband Jerry); grandchildren Angela Walden (husband Andy), Johnathan Lee (wife Jamie), and Katelynn Lee; seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

A special note for the many years of loving, dedicated family care by "Her boy" Roger Lee, wife Shelly, granddaughter Angela Walden, and great-granddaughter Emma Lanning, whom she loved very dear.

A visitation will be held on July 22, 2026 at 5:00 pm at Temple Baptist , 2100 Woodrow Dr, Knoxville, TN. with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 pm

A Graveside service will be held on July 23, 2026 at 11:00 am at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home & Lynnhurst Cemetery , 2300 Adair Dr, Knoxville, TN.
