Jackson, Betty, age 84, of Knoxville, a loving wife, mother and grandmother, passed away Saturday October 29, 2011. A longtime member of North Acres Baptist Church. Preceded in death by father, Ray LeMay; mother, Mable Fielden; step father Bill Fielden; sisters, Doris Wilson and husband Sammy and Carolyn Dye and husband Bill.
Survivors include husband of 61 years, Ralph Jackson; daughters, Becky Buckner and husband Stan, Sheila Arden and husband Bruce; grandchildren, Clint Buckner and wife Jessica, Allison Ford and husband J.R., Brock and Lauren Arden; great grandchild, Gracie Ford; special aunt, Elizabeth Lee; sister, Shirley Carter and husband Bob; brother, Steve Fielden; several precious nieces and nephews. Thanks to the staff of Tennova Hospice.
The family will receive friends from 6 – 7:30 pm Tuesday with the funeral to follow at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel with Rev. Charlie Lynch officiating.
