William G. "Bill" Haney, age 76, of Luttrell, passed away Saturday, June 29, 2024, peacefully at home with his faithful dog, Sadie by his side. He was a proud Veteran of U.S. Army. Bill retired from City of Knoxville. He was a hard working, loving man and very dedicated to his family.
Preceded in death by his mother, Sally Duke Wood; brother, Bob Haney.
Survived by sister, Starr Oldham; nieces, Sky (R.J.), Kristy, and Jodi; great nephew, Logan; numerous, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 am - 10:30 am Monday July 8th at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home, 2300 Adair Drive. Family and friends will go in procession to Greenwood Cemetery for the 11 am graveside service following the visitation.
